Cookie Policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026

This page explains what this website stores on your device and which third parties may do the same. We deliberately keep this to a minimum: the site runs without analytics, advertising or social media trackers.

1. Who is responsible

Eleventh S.r.l. — Via del Gonfalone 4, 20123 Milano (MI), Italy — P. IVA / C.F.: 14911840966. For any question about this policy or about your personal data, write to our certified email (PEC): eleventh@namirialpec.it.

2. What we store on your device

The site sets no first-party cookies. The single item it writes to your browser is the record of the choice you make in the consent banner:

ItemWherePurposeKept until
Cookie consent choicelocalStorage · eleventh-cookie-consentStrictly necessary: remembers whether you accepted or declined so the banner is not shown again, and decides whether the contact form may load.Until you change your choice or clear your browser data.

This record is not used for profiling and is never transmitted to us: it stays on your device.

3. Third parties

The only third-party content on this website is the contact form, embedded from notion.site. It is not loaded until you accept, so Notion cannot store cookies on your device before that moment. Once loaded, Notion acts as an independent data controller for the cookies and personal data it collects, under its own policy: notion.so/cookie-policy ↗.

Every other resource you see — fonts, images, logos and the page itself — is served from this website, not from a third-party content delivery network.

Our hosting provider may automatically process technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) for security and to deliver the pages.

4. Changing your choice

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it:

Your current choice is remembered on this device only.

You can also block or delete stored items from your browser settings at any time.

5. Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) you may request access to, rectification of, erasure of, or restriction on the processing of your personal data, object to processing, and receive the data you provided in a portable format. Requests can be sent to the address above; we will answer within one month.

If you consider that your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it ↗).
